SupportFlow Client and other ways to access stations

The SupportFlow Client is the way we recommend. The others are there for when it does not fit how you work.

SupportFlow Client Recommended

The preferred way to connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Endpoints. Runs on your local PC. Once installed and connected your stations appear inside the assistant you already use. Using the Full Client you benefit from the added security of client-side (on your PC) stored ControlKeys which are not possible with the public MCP (the way Claude and ChatGPT prefer it). When using this Client in Medium or High Security mode, the keys for controlling your stations are stored locally and validated by your Endpoints and our servers are out of the loop when it comes to effecting any changes on your stations or even seeing the contents of tool calls.

The full SupportFlow, and the safest way in: your ControlKey stays on your PC and signs every command to your stations there.

Other ways in

Claude Desktop extension

Adds SupportFlow to Claude Desktop in one click: open the file and Claude Desktop installs it as an extension.

For Claude Desktop users who want the quickest set-up. It uses the SupportFlow Client on the same PC, so install the Client first.

Version 1.5.28 · How it works

Direct MCP access

For AI apps on the web, such as ChatGPT, that reach your stations through SupportFlow itself rather than through the SupportFlow Client.

Available to accounts in Low Security Mode, where SupportFlow keeps the ControlKey and signs commands to your stations for you. We recommend Medium or High Security. Your ControlKey then stays on your own PC, in the SupportFlow Client, and only you can sign commands.

SupportFlow Lite

A limited version of SupportFlow that runs in a web browser, with nothing to install.

For when you have to use a limited PC - a locked-down, shared or borrowed computer where you cannot install the SupportFlow Client - and still need to reach your stations.

Turn it on once, from your account page: Download, then Enable SupportFlow Lite. How it works

KQS Endpoint

Installed on each PC, kiosk or server you want to reach.

Download the Endpoint installer from your account page. Your organization's code is in its filename, so a kiosk joins the right place by being run.
