Effective October 8, 2026. Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, installing SupportFlow software, accessing a device through SupportFlow, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These SupportFlow Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Koquelani Systems, based in Oklahoma, United States (“Koquelani,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you use SupportFlow for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You may not use SupportFlow if applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or these Terms prohibit you from doing so. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SupportFlow.
2. Definitions
- Account means a registered SupportFlow user account.
- Endpoint means software installed on a computer or device to enable remote access.
- Application means the SupportFlow website, client software, Agent, APIs, MCP services, and related applications.
- Node means infrastructure used to establish or relay a connection between a user and an Agent.
- Payment Processor means Square, provided by Block, Inc. and its applicable affiliates, or another provider identified at checkout.
- Service means SupportFlow’s remote-access, device-management, support, integration, subscription, and related services.
- User means any person or organization accessing or using the Service.
3. The Service
SupportFlow enables authorized remote access to supported computers and devices. Communications may pass through Nodes operated by Koquelani or its infrastructure providers.
Connection quality, speed, and availability depend on internet connectivity, device configuration, geographic location, infrastructure capacity, maintenance, and concurrent usage. Unless a separate written service-level agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, minimum bandwidth, or continuous support availability.
We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid subscription, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable and any remedy required by applicable law.
4. Agent software, updates, and integrations
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to install and operate the Agent on every device connected to your Account. The Agent may automatically receive security patches, compatibility changes, and other updates.
Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses, which control if they conflict with these Terms for the relevant component. APIs, MCP services, and other integrations may be subject to documentation, authentication requirements, rate limits, and additional terms.
5. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and recovery codes, restricting access to authorized people, using reasonable security controls, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an Account except through features expressly provided for organizations or teams. If SupportFlow’s security architecture prevents recovery of a lost credential, key, or recovery code, Koquelani may be unable to restore access.
6. Authorized and prohibited uses
You may use SupportFlow only for lawful purposes and only on systems that you own, administer, or are expressly authorized to access. You may not use the Service to:
- Access, monitor, control, or interfere with a device without legally valid authorization.
- Conceal the presence or operation of the Agent from a device owner or authorized user.
- Deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, credential-stealing tools, or other malicious code.
- Commit fraud, theft, harassment, stalking, extortion, or another unlawful act.
- Circumvent authentication, security controls, usage limits, or device protections.
- Intercept communications or personal information without lawful authority.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
- Disrupt, overload, damage, probe, or test the Service without written authorization.
- Reverse engineer proprietary portions of the Service except where non-waivable law permits it.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without a separate partner agreement.
We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, suspend access, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
7. Silent or unattended installation
If SupportFlow permits silent or unattended installation, you may use it only when you have documented authority to install the Agent and provide remote access. You must give affected individuals any disclosures required by law and obtain any necessary consent before installation.
You may not remove, alter, or obscure ordinary indicators that identify the Agent or its operation unless Koquelani expressly authorizes it and applicable law permits it. You are responsible for providing a method to revoke access and remove the Agent.
8. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Paid plan features, billing intervals, usage limits, and prices are displayed when you subscribe. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same length until canceled. By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the disclosed price and frequency, including applicable taxes.
You may cancel through your online portal or by contacting inquiry@koquelani.com. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout terms, refund policy, or applicable law provides otherwise. We will provide renewal, cancellation, and price-change notices as required by law.
9. Payments, taxes, and refunds
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise. Payments are processed through Square Payments or another provider shown at checkout. Square provides payment-processing services to Koquelani; it is not the seller or provider of SupportFlow. Square’s own terms and privacy notices may apply to its services.
You authorize Koquelani and its Payment Processor to charge your selected payment method for purchases, renewals, applicable taxes, and other disclosed amounts. Koquelani remains responsible for providing SupportFlow and handling product-related customer service, cancellations, and refunds.
Unless a written offer or applicable law provides otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, cancellation prevents future renewals rather than producing a prorated refund, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or overdue, we may suspend paid features after giving any notice required by law.
10. Intellectual property
Except for open-source components and third-party materials, SupportFlow and its software, interface, documentation, trademarks, graphics, and proprietary technology are owned by Koquelani or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, Koquelani grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use SupportFlow for its intended purpose during your authorized access period. No ownership rights are transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. Privacy and security
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Koquelani Privacy Policy. When Koquelani processes personal information for a business customer, additional data-processing terms may apply. Square processes payment-related information under its own terms and privacy notices.
You are responsible for having appropriate authority and providing legally required notices before using SupportFlow to access another person’s device or information.
Koquelani uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Service and information under its control, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. You remain responsible for securing your devices, networks, credentials, configurations, and backups, and for limiting remote-access privileges.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SupportFlow and request Account closure at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms or law; create a security, fraud, legal, or operational risk; fail to pay; or if action is needed to protect another person, the Service, or our infrastructure.
We will provide notice and an opportunity to correct an issue when appropriate. We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination.
13. Third-party services
SupportFlow may link to or interoperate with third-party services. Koquelani does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms, and we do not promise that an integration will remain available indefinitely.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPORTFLOW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KOQUELANI DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that SupportFlow will meet every requirement, prevent every unauthorized access attempt, or be free from vulnerabilities, interruptions, harmful components, or data loss. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOQUELANI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUPPORTFLOW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUPPORTFLOW WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SUPPORTFLOW DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US $100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, business users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Koquelani and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising from unlawful or unauthorized use of SupportFlow; installation without required authority, notice, or consent; violation of these Terms; infringement of another person’s rights; or information transmitted through their use of the Service.
17. Force majeure
Koquelani will not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility or internet failures, cyberattacks, government actions, epidemics, or infrastructure-provider failures. This does not excuse payment obligations for Services already provided.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will give notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed.
19. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Legal proceedings relating to these Terms or SupportFlow must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Oklahoma, and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue. This section does not deprive a consumer of protections or forums that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. General provisions
These Terms, incorporated policies, applicable order terms, and any separate written agreement constitute the entire agreement concerning SupportFlow. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of law. Electronic notices and agreements satisfy writing requirements to the extent permitted by law.
